To initiate a return or exchange, please send your parcel through any courier service to the following address:

Please ensure that all items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging (if any) intact. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a Cash Refund Message will be issued via email.
Important Notes:
Delivery charges are non-refundable if a product is returned without any specific reason.
Kidz Scotch reserves the right to amend or update the exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
